假定你是英国的一名导游，请按照下列注意事项向外国旅游者提出忠告：
①如果你不满18岁在本国不准买酒喝，也不许你的朋友给你买。
②你可以尽情使自己玩得高兴，但请别发出不必要的嘈杂声，尤其是在夜晚。请尊重别人。
③过街时请走人行横道，不要随意穿行；本国的车辆靠马路左边行驶。
④请别在街上扔垃圾，否则是不合法的。如果有什么东西要扔，请将它装在口袋里带回家，或扔在垃圾箱内。

A Few Pieces of Advice
Ladies and gentlemen,
Good afternoon, and welcome to England. We hope that your visit here will be a pleasant one. Today I would like to draw your attention to a few of our laws.
The first one is about drinking. Now, you may not buy wine in this country if you are under 18 years of age, nor may your friends buy it for you.
Secondly, noise. Enjoy yourselves by all means, but please don't make unnecessary noise, particularly at night. We ask you to respect other people who may wish to be quiet.
Thirdly, crossing the road. Be careful. The traffic moves on the left side of the road in this country. Use pedestrian crossing①and do not take any chances when crossing the road.
My next point is about rubbish. It isn't lawful to drop rubbish in the street. When you have something to throw away, please put it in your pocket and take it home, or put it in a dustbin.
Finally, as regards smoking, it is against the law to buy cigarettes or tobacco if you are under 16 years of age .
I'd like to finish by saying that if you require any sort of help or assistance②, you should contact③the local police, who will be pleased to help you.
