一.Organizing the teaching:

三．Story:

      “ Little Zeke and The Triangles”

1.Prepare to read: Here are some questions

Does anyone remember little Zeke?

Who is little Zeke?

Where does little Zeke live?

Is little Zeke at school in this story?

Where does he go?

           2.Read the story.Try to grasp the main idea of the story.

3.Discuss: Here are some questions to reinforce the main idea of the story.

a.What shapes does Emma find?

b.Wht does she find for a circle?/line/square?

c.What shapes does little Zeke help her mind?

d.What triangles does little Zeke make?

e.Do you like this story?Why or why not?

四．Students’  Acitvities:

1.Talk freely about daily dialogue.

2.Sing the English song “The rain song ”.

3Listen and have the quiz.

4.Discuss the questions to prepare the story with some volunteers.

5.Listen to the story and try to grasp the main idea of the story.

6.Discuss the questions to check the understanding with a pair work.
